The problem of floor alignment (especial at the large thickness, at lining of the communications or at weak blockings) before a finishing furnishes (parquet-flooring, laminate, linoleum, sport coverings) is well known. It is necessary to receive ideally flat surface having certain strength properties without cracks. Thus the technology of works should be high-efficiency, and cost of materials is minimal.

We offer for your attention a modern German technology for installation of floors on industrial and civil objects. With the help of using of technique (see below) for laying of floors it is possible to achieve the following advantages of manufacture:

1. Ideal equal floors. Buckle which is made under this technology does not require additional alignment, therefore it is ideal basis for ceramic tiles, parquet, linoleum, polymer, cork. It is possible because of condensation of a mix of rubbing machine at the moment of laying, and it allows to avoid emptiness in buckle.
2. The speed of laying - qualitative and large areas per one day (one brigade does 200\250 м2 in shift)
3. Due to the given technology, there is a small quantity of water in sand –cement solution necessary only for hydrotation of cement. This property further enables to avoid shrinkage of buckles, does not cause flaw formation
4. Sign of buckles 175 kg\cm?
5. Submission of a mix without using of concrete pump for height up to 100 meters and as for horizontal up to 150 meters.
6. It is possible laying of electrical cable during manufacture of floors, additional expenses are not necessary during installation of warm floors
7. The given floors after 12 hours maintain foot load, and after 94 hours it is possible to begin finishing works in the given room.
8. It is possible to make the basis for soft roof using the given technology.
